Our goal is to assist your office in taking care of sending claims, posting payments and appealing denied claims. The dental insurance service fees vary depending on what is charged for the insurance. The following payment schedule applies to all offices:
Office insurance collection under $40,000/ month
Office insurance collections between $40,000 and $100,000/ month
Office insurance collections between $100,000 and $150,000/ month
Office insurance collections over $150,000/ month
The price is determined by your total office collections for the month. Customized and personalized letters requesting payments to suit individual needs. The following schedule applies:
Office total collection under $40,000/ month
Office total collections between $40,000 and $100,000/ month
For office with monthly collections exceeding $150.000 will be 0.40 % of total monthly collections
Office total collections between $100,000 and $150,000/ month
Office total collections over $150,000/ month
Insurance Verification will included Active Insurance Status, Network, Deductible and Maximum, Breakdown and notes for 3 specific procedures that you choose. Requested Verification needs to be a week before the service date. For individual Verification only upon request is $2.75.
